Gold Mine Solitaire is a variation of the Klondike game in which the piles start out empty and all the cards are in the stock. It's up to you to build the piles and move the cards to the foundations.
The objective is to move all the cards to the foundations.
Probably the origin of the name of this game is related to the name Klondike. Because Klondike is a region of Canada where a "Gold Rush" took place and Gold Mine Solitaire is a variation of Klondike.
In this game, unlike the original variation, there is no distribution of cards to create piles with face up and face down cards. And that constitutes its main feature: all piles start empty and all cards are dealt to the stock.
Since all cards start in the stock and consequently are tapped in the waste, it is necessary to choose wisely when and how to use each of the waste cards to form the game piles.
